- Radon Testing – 48 Hour Test ($150), 72 Hour Test ($200)
- Septic Inspection – $295 for basic inspection. Pumping would require an additional $250 fee. Call for an accurate quote. (Additional Fees May Apply but will be quoted at the time of service)
- Well Testing & Sanitizing –
Premium Scan – $250 – This will test for Total Coliform, E.coli, Nitrite, Nitrate, Lead, pH, Total Dissolved Solids, Iron, Total Alkalinity, Copper, Phosphorus, Total Chlorine, Free Chlorine, and Turbidity.
Lender Scan – $200 – This test includes Total Coliform, E. coli, Nitrite, Nitrate, and Lead. This is often what mortgage companies request for loans, especially FHA, USDA, VA but please check with your lender for their specific requirements.
Basic Bacteria Scan – $85. This will test for Total Coliform and E. coli.
Add on Tests. Any of these tests can be added onto any of the above scans.
Complete Bacteria Add-on – $65. This test measures if there are any bacteria in a water sample and provides an estimate of how many bacteria in each mL. Please note: These results are available within 60 hours of the sample being received into the lab.
Arsenic Add-on – $65. This test measures whether or not there is any Arsenic in a water sample.
Heavy Metals Add-on – $75. This tests measures whether or not there are any heavy metals in a water sample.
Non-Specific Pesticide Add-on – $75. This test measures whether or not there any of the more common pesticides in a water sample.
